Effective on March 14, audience members will no longer be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test certification to attend performances, and the wearing of masks in Music Hall will be optional. We adjusted our health and safety protocols to align with current guidelines and recommendations from the CDC, other public health officials and our medical advisors at TriHealth.

Air ventilation has been optimized throughout Music Hall with high-grade Merv-13 & 14 air filters and increased airflow changeovers to maximize fresh air intake. Music Hall is also routinely cleaned and sanitized, following recommendations from the CDC. We will have disposable masks available for audience members who wish to use them, and hand sanitization stations will be available throughout the hall for accessibility and convenience. Audience members can also opt for a largely touchless concert experience via mobile ticketing and digital program notes. All of our policies are regularly reviewed and updated if needed, including our COVID-19 policies. Throughout the pandemic, we have monitored regional data, followed the guidance of our partners at TriHealth, as well as public health and government officials, and implemented policies accordingly. We will continue to monitor conditions and may adjust our protocols if circumstances change.

We will be returning to the food and beverage policies that were in place at Music Hall prior to the shutdown in March 2020. The items that are allowed in the performance spaces are based on the individual requirements of each event.

Yes, you are allowed to attend an event at Music Hall even if you live in an area with a higher incidence of COVID-19 infection in the community.

• Please self-assess your health before leaving home. If you have a fever, are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, or have recently been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please stay home and contact our Box Office.
• Please review additional safety information from the Cincinnati Arts Association on their venue safety page. Contact us in advance with any questions or concerns about your ability to abide by any of the policies outlined on this page.
• Children ages 6 and older are welcome at CSO concerts. All children, regardless of age, must be able to stay in their assigned seat for the duration of the performance. 
• Bring only minimal personal items with you to expedite safety screenings. View a list of all prohibited items.

• All performances are being sold at full capacity. By purchasing a ticket and attending the performance, you are acknowledging the risks of attending a live performance and certify that you are not experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19.
• To reduce physical contact between audiences and staff, we are asking ticket holders to use print-at-home or digital tickets (Will Call and Mail are still available upon request).
• Should any postponements or cancellations be deemed necessary, you will have many options including a full refund and the ability to store funds on your account to use on future performances.
